PILOT SERVICE TERMS

A clear scope.
No surprises.

CyberPlane is in private development. The public site accepts waitlist signups; signing up does not open a workspace or start a paid service.

Private pilot access

Workspace access is currently reserved for the owner. General access, launch pricing and any free offer are not yet open. The software’s starter configuration supports storage and indexing for up to 20 pages across the account, along with the current evidence tracking, proof request and export tools. A JPG or PNG counts as one page. Each file must be 20 MB or smaller. No payment card is required and there is no trial countdown. Existing records remain accessible at the upload limit.

AI credits and human review are not included. AI requires a funded model connection; provider charges are separate. Existing owner access is preserved.

Records Check and Archive Rescue

An inquiry requests a scope and quote; it does not book a service, guarantee availability, change your plan or trigger a charge. Before paid work, agree in writing on the parties, supplied records, exclusions, reviewer, deliverables, turnaround, price, payment terms and acceptance criteria. Physical custody, scanning and return of originals need separate written arrangements.

CyberPlane currently records inquiries for the operator to review. No automated response time is promised. Keep original books until appropriate handling arrangements are agreed.

Evidence and accountable decisions

CyberPlane organizes information and supports human review. AI output and OCR may be wrong or incomplete. Confirm material facts against original records and applicable maintenance data. Only authorized people can make maintenance approvals and sign-offs; the software does not determine airworthiness, submit FAA applications, send messages or transfer money on your behalf.

Payment records are evidence entered by users, not confirmation from Venmo or another payment network. Timestamp evidence has the specific limits described on the Trust page.
