If indexing stopped
Open the saved document and resume indexing. The original can be preserved even when text recognition is incomplete. Keep the browser window open until all pages finish. Do not interpret unindexed pages as missing records.

Public workspace access is not open yet. For an existing owner workspace issue, record correction, account access or deletion request, add the details to your signed-in inquiry. Requests are saved for the operator to review; this is not a staffed emergency channel.
Open a support requestIf AI is unavailable
The private archive works without AI. If you choose to enable it, check your OpenRouter connection and balance in Settings. Avoid putting API keys or original record contents into support notes.
If a proof is pending
A timestamp receipt starts as pending. Use the proof tools to check for Bitcoin confirmation later; this does not affect the original file. You can download records while a proof remains pending.
If you need the records elsewhere
Download a recovery kit and save it outside CyberPlane. Open RECOVER.html to inspect the exported index. Access to a downloaded kit does not require a CyberPlane account.
